The importance of electronic product testing is reflected in the fact that with the continuous development of technology, electronic products have begun to enter every corner of human production and life, and their closeness to human production and life is also increasing. Users have higher requirements for the quality of electronic products, and the quality status of electronic products plays a crucial role in industry development and social stability. Generally speaking, the more components used in electronic appliances, the more obvious their reliability issues become. To ensure the reliable operation of products or systems, the demand for component reliability is particularly high and strict. The commonly used testing products are divided into four categories: 1. Testing according to the GB4706 standard for household appliances; 2. AV audio and video GB8898 standard for testing; 3. IT Information Technology GB4943 standards for testing; 4. Conduct testing according to the GB7000 standard for LED lighting fixtures. Test item: Packaging inspection: 1. Check whether the packaging is intact and undamaged, and whether there is a 3C certification mark and certificate number on the color box (applicable to national mandatory certification of electronic products). 2. Check if the number of attachments is correct. No errors, omissions, or mixed placement of accessories occurred. Appearance inspection: 1. Check the surface of the product for scratches, dents, stains, stripes, damages, cracks, deformations, color differences, burrs, and inequalities. 2. Check the main parameters on the product identification, such as rated voltage, rated frequency, power supply type and symbol, rated input power, nominal pressure, etc. Structure and internal wiring inspection: 1. Check the stability of the product structure, ensure there is no assembly misalignment, and do not allow any abnormal looseness or jamming. And it is necessary to shake the entire machine for inspection, and there should be no abnormal noise inside the machine. 2. Check that the internal wires, power cords, fuses, functional components, and other components of the product must have a national mandatory certification mark. And the internal wiring of the product should comply with the provisions of GB4706.19 standard. Functional inspection: Check the actual use function of the product. Conduct relevant functional tests according to the product operation manual. Strictly follow the operating procedures in the operating manual for relevant inspections. Anti electric shock protection inspection: 1. The product should have sufficient protection to prevent contact with the live parts of the switch when installed and operated in normal use and in any position of use, as well as after removing any easily removable parts. The handle and self-locking button of the product should be made of insulating material that can be reached by the human body. 2. Inspection method: Conduct HI-POT testing, or observe with the naked eye or touch every possible part with a standard test finger. Durability test: The product undergoes a pot test. After 4 hours, the product has no crashes or INT phenomena, no excessive heating, and can operate normally.
