Article 2.0.3: When the protective distance specified in Table 2.0.1 cannot be met, the protective distance can be determined by measuring and calculating according to Appendix - "Calculation Method for Protective Distance"; When the requirements cannot be met, the following measures can be taken to reduce the intensity of the interference electric field and determine the protective distance. 1、 Strengthen the cleaning of polluted insulators in overhead power lines to ensure good contact between fittings. 2、 When an overhead power line passes near a television relay or broadcasting station, it should try to pass through the non main receiving direction of the television relay or broadcasting station as much as possible. 3、 Measures to reduce the surface electric field strength of conductors can be adopted for overhead power lines in local areas, and measures to reduce the surface electric field strength of busbars and equipment leads can be adopted in substations. 4、 In areas with severe salt fog along the coast, the protective distance should not be reduced. 5、 Improve the receiving antennas of television relay stations and relay stations, such as using a multi unit directional antenna array. The commonly used multi element directional antenna array is a five element directional antenna array. According to different situations, a binary horizontal array (dual column), a binary vertical array (dual layer), and a dual layer dual column quaternion array can be formed. 6、 If necessary, change the transmission method of television signals, such as using microwave transmission, satellite transmission, etc
