Control devices for lamps - Part 12: Special requirements for miscellaneous electronic circuits used in conjunction with lamps - Scope 1: This part specifies the general requirements and safety requirements for miscellaneous circuits used in lamps using alternating current below 1000 V and/or direct current below 250 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz. This section does not apply to circuits or devices that already have dedicated standards. Note: Examples of miscellaneous electronic circuits used in conjunction with lighting fixtures are as follows: - Control circuits for electronic ballasts; - Switch circuits used in conjunction with daylight sensors and/or memory sensors; A circuit that contributes to the performance of electromagnetic compatibility, such as interrupters and similar devices for light strings List the grounding or open circuit protection devices used for rainbow light transformers. 2 Normative References: The clauses in the following documents are referred to in this part of GB 19510 and become the clauses of this part. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding corrected content) or revisions do not apply to this section. However, parties to agreements based on this section are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest version applies to this section.
