Mechanical and electrical safety - Mechanical and electrical equipment - Part 1: General technical c

This part of the scope GB/T 5226 applies to the electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic devices and systems of machinery (including a group of collaborative working machinery), and is not applicable to portable working machinery. Note 1: This section is a general standard and does not limit or hinder technological progress. Note 2: The term "electrical" in this section includes three aspects: electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic (for example, electrical equipment refers to electrical equipment, electronic equipment, and programmable electronic equipment). Note 3: For the purpose of this section, the term "Person" generally refers to any individual, including those assigned by the user or their agent to use and manage the aforementioned machinery. The equipment discussed in this section starts from the power inlet of mechanical and electrical equipment (see 5.1). Note 4: The IEC60364 series of standards provide requirements for electrical installations in buildings. This section applies to electrical equipment or components of electrical equipment, with a nominal power supply voltage not exceeding 1000 V a.c. or 1500 V d.c. and a rated frequency not exceeding 200 Hz. Note 5: The requirements for electrical equipment or components operating at higher nominal power supply voltages can be found in IEC 60204-11. This section does not include all technical requirements (such as protection, interlocking, or control), which are required by other standards or rules to protect individuals from non electrical injuries. Various types of machinery with special requirements can have special requirements for safety. This section is specifically applicable to (but not limited to) mechanical and electrical equipment as defined in 3.1.40. Note 6: The electrical equipment of the machinery listed in Appendix C falls within the scope of this part of GB/T 5226. This part does not specify additional and special requirements for the following mechanical and electrical equipment: - Outdoor (i.e. external to buildings or other protective structures) machinery; ---- Machinery that uses, processes, or produces explosive materials such as paint or sawdust--- Machinery used in explosive and flammable environments--- Machinery that poses special risks when processing or using a certain material; - Mining machinery--- Sewing machines, sewing units, and sewing systems (included in IEC 60204-31)--- Hoisting machinery (included in IEC 60204-32); - - Semiconductor equipment (included in IEC 60204-33). The power circuit that directly uses electrical energy as a processing method is not within the scope of this part of GB/T 5226
