Mechanical vibration - Constant state (rigid) rotor balance quality requirements testing

Mechanical vibration - Balance quality requirements for constant state (rigid) rotors - Part 1: Inspection of specifications and balance tolerances - Scope 1: This part of GB/T 9239 provides specifications for constant state (rigid) rotors and specifies: a) Balance tolerances; b) The number of required correction planes; c) Method for checking residual imbalance. Based on the mechanical type and maximum operating speed of a constant state (rigid) rotor, suggestions have been made for its balance quality requirements. These suggestions are based on domestic and foreign experience. This part of GB/T 9239 specifies acceptance criteria for residual imbalance inspection to coordinate the relationship between manufacturers and users of rotating machinery. GB/T 9239.2 discusses in detail the testing of balance errors and residual imbalances. This part of GB/T9239 does not include flexible rotors, and the balance quality requirements for flexible rotors can be found in GB/T 6557
