Environmental testing - Part 2: Test methods - Test Ea and guidelines: Impact range - This part of GB/T 2423 provides a standard procedure for determining the non repetitive or repetitive impact ability of samples to withstand specified severities. The purpose of this test is to expose mechanical weak links and/or cumulative damage and degradation caused by performance degradation and impact, and to use this information, combined with relevant specifications, to determine whether the sample can be accepted. In some cases, this impact test can also be used to determine the structural integrity of the sample or as a means of quality control (see A.2). This experiment mainly targets samples without packaging and samples whose packaging can be considered as part of the product itself under transportation conditions. If the test is conducted without packaging, it will be attributed to the test sample. However, if the item is packaged, consider the product and its packaging as a test sample. GB/T 2423.43-2008 provides an introduction to the acceptance testing of packaged products. This section is written for pulse waveforms. Appendix A provides guidelines for selecting and using these pulse waveforms, while Appendix B discusses the characteristics of various different waveforms. If possible, the test severity level and impact pulse waveform applied to the sample should simulate the actual transportation or working environment that the sample will be subjected to as much as possible; The purpose of the experiment is to evaluate the structural integrity and compliance with design requirements (see A.2 and A.4). During the experiment, the sample is always fixed directly or through a fixture to the impact testing machine table. Note: This section uses the term "impact testing machine" and does not exclude other methods of generating pulse waveforms. Where applicable, one of the responsibilities of the technical committee is to use basic safety publications when writing publications P>
