This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of locks, as well as the scope of general technical conditions for lock safety. This standard applies to marble padlocks, marble furniture locks, bicycle locks, exterior door locks, marble core door locks, blade core door locks, spherical door locks, fireproof door locks, mechanical anti-theft locks, electronic anti-theft locks, and electric door locks. Other similar locks can be executed as reference. This standard is not applicable to industrial locks and special locks. The clauses in the following documents are referred to as provisions of this standard through normative references.
