Intelligent substation relay protection and intelligent unit equipment detection

Scope 1 of the Inspection and Testing Specification for Relay Protection in Intelligent Substations: This standard specifies the conditions, items, methods, and results for the inspection and testing of relay protection devices (hereinafter referred to as protection devices) and related equipment (analog input merging units, intelligent terminals) tripped by GOOSE (including direct and network trips) in intelligent substations using analog sampling, digital direct sampling, and digital network sampling methods. This standard is applicable to the inspection and testing of protection devices and merging units for intelligent substations with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above, as well as intelligent terminals. Devices with voltage levels below 110 (66) kV shall comply with this standard. The following normative references are essential for the application of this document.
