This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of protective devices such as intelligent substation line protection, circuit breaker protection, short lead protection, busbar protection, transformer protection, high-voltage parallel reactor protection, and busbar section protection (hereinafter referred to as protection devices) and related equipment. This standard is applicable to the 110 (66) kV -750 kV voltage level protection devices in intelligent substations. It is the basis for device development, design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, and application. It specifies the interface form and requirements for the input and output of relay protection devices. This standard only specifies the phase digital interface requirements when the relay protection device uses SV or GOOSE, and does not specify the interface form for the input and output of relay protection devices in intelligent substations. The protection devices for voltage levels of 35 kV and below in intelligent substations can be implemented according to this standard. 2 Normative References The following documents are essential for the application of this document.
