An electrodeless fluorescent lamp, also known as an electrodeless lamp, consists of three parts: a high-frequency generator, a coupler, and a light bulb. The glass tube is made of hard glass, filled with inert gas and trace amounts of mercury. The tube wall is coated with high-efficiency three wavelength fluorescent powder, and both ends of the lamp tube are coated with conductive adhesive. High pressure is applied to ionize the gas inside the lamp tube, causing the mercury vapor to be excited and discharged. When the excited atoms return to the ground state, they emit ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 253.7nm. The fluorescent powder on the inner wall of the lamp is excited by ultraviolet light to produce visible light. Electrodeless fluorescent lamps have the advantages of high brightness, high efficiency, low power consumption, no flicker, small size, and long lifespan.
