This standardized guidance technical document applies to the electromagnetic compatibility performance requirements and measurement methods of digital television broadcasting receivers, including various receiving equipment and devices for digital television broadcasting transmitted through ground, cable (cable), and satellite. This standardized guidance technical document is applicable to (integrated) digital television receivers including display units, as well as receiving units (set-top boxes). For television receivers that can receive both digital and analog television broadcasts, they should meet the requirements of GB 13837 and GB/T9383, as well as the requirements of this standardized guidance technical document. TV receivers that can receive both analog TV signals and serve as digital TV display units (with an additional set-top box) should meet the requirements of GB13837 and GB/T 9383. PC tuner cards inserted or permanently fixed in personal computers should also meet the requirements of this standardized guidance technical document. The receiving system used for collective reception, especially the front-end equipment of the cable distribution system, is not included in this standardized guidance technical document. For bidirectional receiving devices, this standardized guidance technical document only considers the electromagnetic compatibility performance during unidirectional reception, and does not consider the electromagnetic compatibility performance of receivers operating in the upstream (reverse) direction temporarily
