Distinguish the quality of the electronic ballast by removing the starter, disconnecting the power supply, and testing both ends of the ballast. If the ballast is an old inductive type, the inductive type can only be used to test whether the coil is burnt out using this method. This old-fashioned ballast is broken, usually due to the coil burning out, resulting in a lack of voltage at both ends of the lamp tube, which will not cause the lamp tube to burn out. There are many situations with electronic ballasts. You can measure the resistance values of the three ballasts separately using the method mentioned above to see if there are significant differences, in order to determine whether the ballast is damaged.
