Control circuit electrical appliances

1. Basic requirements: The relevant clauses in the general provisions of GB/T 14048.1 are specifically stated in this standard when adopted. The clauses, tables, figures, and appendices of the general principles cited in this standard are all labeled with "GB/T 14048.1". For example, 1.2.3 in GB/T 14048.1-2000, Table 4 in GB/T 14048.1-2000, or Appendix A.1.1 in GB/T 14048.1-2000 are applicable to control circuit appliances and switching components used for control, signaling, interlocking, and other purposes in switchgear and control equipment. This standard applies to control circuit appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 1000V AC (frequency not exceeding 1000Hz) or 600V DC. For operating voltages less than 100 V AC or DC, see Note 2 of 4.3.1.1. This standard applies to the following special types of control circuit appliances: - manual operated control switches, such as buttons, rotary switches, foot switches, etc.; - electromagnetic operated control switches, with delayed or instantaneous action, such as contactor relays—— Indicating switches, such as pressure switches, temperature sensitive switches (thermal switches), programmable controllers, etc—— Position switches, such as control switches operated by machines or mechanical components, are related control electrical appliances, such as indicator lights. Note: 1. Control circuit appliances include control switches and related appliances, such as indicator lights. The control switch includes switching components and operating system. The switching element can be a contact element or a semiconductor element. This standard also applies to specified types of switching components associated with other electrical appliances (whose main circuit meets other standards), such as auxiliary contacts for switching appliances (such as contactors, circuit breakers, etc.), which are not only used for coils of electrical appliances: interlocking contacts on enclosure doors—— Control circuit contacts for rotary switches; - The control circuit contact of an overload relay: Contactor type relays should not only comply with the usage categories specified in this standard, but also comply with the relevant requirements and tests of GB 14048.4. This standard does not include relays or automatic electrical control devices for household and similar purposes covered by IEC 60255
