Projection lamp (photometric measurement) detection

Scope 1.1 These recommendations are intended to cover photometric testing for indoor and outdoor projectors using incandescent or discharge tubes (including tubular fluorescent lamps) or lamps with reflectors. Similar methods can be used for projectors using gas or oil. These recommendations are only applicable to visually stable lighting fixtures and not to flash lights. 1.2 The photometric testing methods recommended in this standard do not include searchlights, road lighting, and automotive headlights (some of which are processed by other literature) for the purpose of signaling, nor do they include "imaging" optical devices, although similar methods can be well applied to photometric measurements of these devices. 1.3 This standard also does not include angles between the peak and half peak directions of light intensity that are less than 2 (i.e. 2 × Luminaires with 2 ° or symmetrical beams with a half peak divergence angle of 4R require special methods for photometric measurement. Information on these measurements can be found in literature. For example: a) J.M. Waldram, "Photometric Measurement of Searchlights," Trans. Illumination Engineering Society (London), 16187.1951b) "Seminar on Searchlights," published by the Illumination Engineering Society (London). 1948c) "IES Guidelines for Photometric Testing of Searchlights," Illumination Engineering, 53155.1958d "National Bureau of Standards: Photometric Measurement of Searchlights," NBS Technical Note 198, The light intensity values described in this article, published in 1963-12-171.4, can be expressed in terms of light intensity distribution curves, isointensity maps, or tables suitable for computer calculations. These light intensity values are calculated from illuminance measurements when the inverse distance square law holds. In some cases, it may be more appropriate to measure other photometric data, such as the plane of illumination distribution being quite close to the lamp, such as a "wall washing lamp" lamp. This standard does not cover such measurements and will be dealt with in a separate literature

Function of testing report:

1. Project bidding: Issue authoritative third-party CMA/CNAS qualification report

2. Online e-commerce platform entry: Quality inspection report recognized by major e-commerce platforms

3. Used as a sales report: issuing legally effective testing reports to make consumers more confident

4. Papers and research: Provide professional personalized testing needs

5. Judicial services: providing scientific, fair, and accurate testing data

6. Industrial problem diagnosis: Verify the troubleshooting and correction of industrial production problems

Baijian and testing process:

1. Telephone communication and confirmation of requirements

2. Recommend solutions and confirm quotations

3. Mail samples and arrange testing

4. Progress tracking and result feedback

5. Provide reports and after-sales service

6. If urgent or priority processing is required

Testing and testing characteristics:

1. The testing industry is fully covered, meeting different testing needs

2. Fully cover the laboratory and allocate localized testing nearby
