This part of GB 7251 specifies the specific requirements for complete power switchgear and control equipment (PSC complete equipment) as follows: (1) complete equipment with a rated voltage of AC not exceeding 1000 V or DC not exceeding 1500 V; Fixed or mobile complete equipment with or without casing; A complete set of equipment intended for use in conjunction with equipment for power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy conversion, as well as equipment for controlling energy consumption; A complete set of equipment designed for special usage conditions, such as those used in ships and locomotives, as long as they meet the relevant specific requirements: a complete set of equipment designed for the electrical equipment of the machine, the IEC60204 series of standards includes supplementary requirements for the complete set of equipment that forms a part of the machine. This section applies to complete sets of equipment that are designed, manufactured, and validated in a one-time manner, or fully standardized for mass production. Production and/or assembly may not be carried out by the initial manufacturer (see 3.10.1). This section does not apply to individual devices and packaged components that comply with their respective product standards, such as motor starters, knife fuse switches, electronic equipment, etc. This section is not applicable to specific types of complete equipment in other parts of GB 7251. The complete equipment applied in this section will not be covered by other standards.
