GB 15579 The defined terms and definitions, as well as the following, apply to this document. 3.1 The maximum resistance value of the output circuit of the arc welding power source that causes the device to operate. 3.2 Starting time: the time from the contact of the welding rod with the workpiece to the rated no-load voltage of the arc welding power source. 3.3. Delay time: the time from the generation of the rated no-load voltage of the arc welding power source to the reduction of the low no-load voltage. 3.4. The internal device is installed in the shell of the arc welding power source and can be sold separately. This device can have an independent casing or can also be used as the casing of the arc welding power source. 3.5 External device outer device is installed outside the arc welding power source
