Safety Transformer Testing for Switched Power Supply

This chapter of GB/T 19212.1-2016 is replaced by the following content: This part of GB/T 19212 specifies the safety requirements for transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices used for energy conservation and other purposes. In electrical installations, energy conservation and other purposes are achieved by adjusting the output voltage and/or other electrical characteristics of the output circuit, without interruption caused by the influence of transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices. Note 1: Safety requirements include electrical, temperature, and mechanical aspects. Energy conservation is achieved through voltage stability and/or voltage adjustment of electrical devices. This standard can also be used for power supply devices and switch type power supply devices intended for voltage adjustment or final adjustment of other electrical characteristics. Note 2: Lighting fixtures used outdoors or indoors are an example of electrical installations. Note 3: In certain special applications, a decrease in output voltage may affect the safety and performance of power supply equipment. This section is applicable to single-phase or three-phase, air cooled (self cooled or air cooled), energy-saving transformers used independently or containing transformers and/or power supply devices specified in the following GB/T 19212 series standards Power supply units and switch type power supply units: Part 2: Special requirements and tests for general purpose separate transformers and power supply units with built-in separate transformers: Part 5: Special requirements and tests for isolation transformers and power supply units with built-in isolation transformers; Part 7: Special requirements and tests for safety isolation transformers and power supply devices with built-in safety isolation transformers: Part 14: Special requirements and tests for autotransformers and power supply devices with built-in autotransformers: Part 15: Special requirements and tests for voltage regulators and power supply devices with built-in voltage regulators: Part 17: Special requirements and tests for transformers used in switch mode power supply devices and switch mode power supply devices. The rated power supply voltage shall not exceed 1000 V AC and the rated power supply frequency shall not exceed 500 Hz. This section is applicable to linear power supply devices with an internal operating frequency not exceeding 500 Hz. This section is used in conjunction with GB/T19212.17 and is also applicable to energy-saving switch type power supply devices and transformers with an internal working rate exceeding 500Hz. For specific applications in other parts of the GB/T19212 series, in addition to the requirements listed in this section, the necessary requirements also apply. When there is a conflict between two requirements, the strictest requirement shall be prioritized. Rated output not exceeding: -150kVA. For single-phase energy-saving transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices-- 400kVA. For three-phase energy-saving transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices, if otherwise agreed upon by the purchaser and manufacturer, this part also applies to energy-saving transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices without limiting their rated output. This part does not apply to external circuits and components intended to be connected to the input and/or output terminals of energy-saving transformers, power supply devices, and switch type power supply devices. This section does not apply to other devices with similar functions, such as dual level adjustment control devices, electronic control devices, and special light regulators included in other standards

Function of testing report:

1. Project bidding: Issue authoritative third-party CMA/CNAS qualification report
