This standard specifies the technical conditions, flushing methods, and safety measures to be followed during live water flushing operations. This standard is applicable to live water flushing operations (excluding fixed water flushing) for power equipment with an AC rated voltage of 10 kV to 220 kV in areas with an altitude of 1000 meters or less. 2 Normative References: The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through the reference surface of this standard. The terms and definitions determined in GB/T 14545 and the following are applicable to this standard. 3.1 Live water flushing is a type of live working method that uses a pressure water column to clean the external insulation of electric porcelain in power equipment. 3.2 Water resistance The volume resistance of water at 20 ℃ per unit volume. 3.3 Length of water column The length of a water column from the nozzle of the water gun to the point of impact on the live equipment. 3.4 Critical salt deposit density results in a maximum equivalent salt deposit density of less than one in ten thousand for the flushing flashover probability of the external insulation of the equipment's electrical porcelain. 3.5 Small water flushing method with a nozzle diameter of 3mm or less. 3.6 Water flushing method with middle nozzle diameter water gun nozzle diameter between 4 mm and 7 mm
