In this case, the air flow inside the respirator is high before stopping, and there is also a burning smell&Nbsp; 2. If there is an abnormal sound, the first step is to determine the source of the sound. A. If it is impossible to determine, first listen for the source of the noise during no-load operation. At this time, the noise is usually due to excessive or small clearance between the main bearing cover and the bearing, or damage to the main bearing (the damage to the main bearing usually increases with the increase of load). B. The no-load is normal, and there is a noise during loading, usually due to excessive wear of the connecting rod bearing shell and resonance sound of the air valve middle plate and spring. Replace the bearing shell or plate and spring&Nbsp; The air circuit system consists of air filter, air valve, cylinder, piston, piston ring, intercooler, regulating valve, control copper pipe, pressure fork, top rod, pressure cap, top rod spring and other parts. 1. The first level air pressure is low. Possible causes: A. Check if the air filter is blocked. Remove the air filter for observation. (Users are reminded to remove the air filter every day after work and use air to blow away dust to prevent early wear and tear when dust enters the cylinder.) B. Check if there are any blades, spring fractures, or carbon deposits in the primary intake valve. If not, conduct a leakage test with diesel or kerosene. C. Check if there is any blockage in the intercooler. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the intercooler to see if the exhaust airflow is large, or block it with your fingers to feel if the pressure is high. The intercooler is slightly blocked. Soak it in kerosene or pine perfume for 24 hours and reinstall it. Severe blockage can only be replaced. (The intercooler must be pressurized and discharged every day after work to ensure internal cleanliness and prevent carbon deposition due to oil stains not being removed); 2. The first level air pressure is normal, while the second level air pressure is low. Possible cause: Air leakage from the A and II stage intake and exhaust valves, removed for inspection. B. The pressure regulating screw of the pressure regulating valve is loose. For pressure regulating valve adjustment, first loosen the large nut, tighten the large nut to the secondary pressure of about 0.6 MPa, and then adjust the small nut to about 0.7 MPa to make the pressure regulating valve jump&Nbsp; 3. The regulating valve does not jump. Possible cause: A. Clean the pressure regulating valve, reinstall it, and follow the above adjustment method to check if it jumps. Close the valve, and if it doesn't jump, open the control copper pipe on the first stage cylinder to see if there is airflow output. If the airflow is high, it indicates that the pressure fork, top rod, or cover spring is worn or broken. Check the wear of each component and replace it. Reinstall it for inspection. The control copper pipe on the second stage cylinder is inspected using the same method as the first stage cylinder&Nbsp; 4. The respirator emits more air. In general, if the piston ring or cylinder is worn, or there is a slight cylinder pulling phenomenon, remove the air valve, check the cylinder wear and check for any cylinder pulling phenomenon
