This part of the scope involves limiting voltage fluctuations and flickers generated by public low-voltage power supply systems. This section specifies the limits for voltage changes that may occur under certain conditions in the tested equipment, and provides guidelines for evaluation methods. This section applies to electrical and electronic equipment with an input current equal to or less than 16A per phase, intended to be connected to a public low-voltage power supply system with a phase voltage of 220V to 250V and a frequency of 50Hz, and unconditionally connected. When tested with a reference impedance Z of 6.4, it does not comply with the limits of this part and therefore cannot be declared to comply with this part. For such equipment, retesting or evaluation can be conducted to indicate compliance with IEC 61000-3-11. IEC 61000-3-11 is applicable to equipment with a rated input current of ≤ 75A per phase and conditional connection. This part of the test is a type test, and the special test conditions are given in Appendix A. The test circuit is shown in Figure 1. Note. The limit values in this section are mainly determined based on the subjective severity of flickering of 230 V/60W spiral filament lamps caused by fluctuations in power supply voltage. For systems with a nominal phase voltage less than 220 V and/or a frequency of G0 11z, their limit values and reference circuit parameters are under consideration. 2 Normative References: The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this section through reference in this section.
