1.1 Scope This standard specifies the requirements for small halogen and non halogen bulbs with a rated voltage not exceeding 30 V and a rated power not exceeding 25 W. Including: - Bulbs used on road motor vehicles that are not covered by regulations and therefore not included in IEC 60809 (Chapter 2); - Flashlight bulb (Chapter 3)- Mining headlight bulbs (Chapter 4). The requirements for aircraft light bulbs can be found in GB/T21095. This standard specifies the requirements for dimensions, optoelectronic performance, as well as requirements for lifespan and mechanical strength. Note: These requirements are for product bulbs. Individual bulbs may not be fully within these requirements, which requires consistency conditions, which are specified in the corresponding chapters. For some of the requirements specified in this standard, please refer to the "Relevant Lamp Data Sheet". For certain light bulbs, their data sheets are included in this standard. For other bulbs within the scope of this standard, relevant data shall be provided by the bulb manufacturer or responsible seller. This standard can also be used for future light source development, such as light sources that emit light from light-emitting diodes (LEDs). 1.2 Normative References: The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard.
