1 Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements, visual inspection, instrument testing, electrical fire hazard judgment methods and result processing for transformer and distribution equipment, low-voltage distribution lines, lighting devices, and general low-voltage electrical equipment, grounding and equipotential bonding electrical fire detection. This standard is applicable to electrical fire detection for power users with a voltage of 10kV and below. This standard is not applicable to the electrical fire detection of underground mines, explosive hazardous areas, as well as anti-static, lightning protection, and firefighting facilities. Transformer and distribution equipment 4.1. Oil immersed transformer 4.1.1. General requirements 4.1.1.1. Indoor installation of oil immersed transformers should comply with the following fire prevention regulations: a) Fire blocking should be implemented at the partition walls, holes, and openings of cable structures where cables from the transformer room to other distribution devices run through; b) Transformer rooms, distribution equipment rooms, and high-voltage capacitor rooms should be equipped with facilities to prevent small animals such as birds, snakes, and rats from entering the room through lighting windows, ventilation windows, doors, cable trenches, etc. 4.1.1.2 Combustible materials and debris should not be stacked inside the transformer room
