Scope and Purpose 1.1 This part of GB4343 is applicable to the electromagnetic immunity of household and similar electrical appliances and similar appliances, electric toys, and electric tools. The rated voltage of single-phase appliances connected to the phase and neutral lines should not exceed 250 V, and for other appliances, it should not exceed 480 V. The appliance can be equipped with an electric motor, an electric heating element, or both, and its circuit can include electrical or electronic circuits. It can be powered by mains power, transformers, batteries, or other power sources. This section also applies to non household appliances with immunity requirements, such as appliances used by non professionals in shops, light industrial sites, and farms, and also applies to appliances within the product range of GB 4343.1. In addition, it is also applicable to: - microwave ovens for household and bar restaurants---- Flat iron frames and cooking stoves for cooking heated by radio frequency energy, induction cookers (single or multiple areas)-- Personal care equipment with a radiation range from ultraviolet to infrared (including visible light). 1.2 This section does not apply to———— Lighting equipment; -- Heavy industrial appliances; ---- Electrical installation components fixed to buildings (such as fuses, circuit breakers, cables, and switches); A device frequently used in places that generate special electromagnetic environments, such as places that generate strong electromagnetic fields (such as near broadcasting stations) or places where the power grid generates large pulses (such as power stations)--- Radio receivers, televisions, audio equipment, video equipment, and electronic music devices other than toys--- Medical electrical installations; --- Personal computers and similar devices other than toys; - Radio transmitters; - -- Instruments specifically designed for use in vehicles; - Infant monitoring system. The frequency range required for 1.3 immunity covers 0Hz~400 GHz. 1.4 Electromagnetic effects related to the safety of appliances do not fall within the scope of this part, but fall under other standards, such as GB 4706. For abnormal operation of instruments (such as simulating circuit faults for testing purposes), this section does not take into account. Note: Appliances used on ships or aircraft may require additional immunity requirements. The purpose of this section is to specify the immunity requirements for appliances within the scope of this section, which includes continuous and transient, conducted and radiated electromagnetic disturbances, and electrostatic discharge. These regulations reflect the basic requirements for electromagnetic compatibility immunity.
