Types, basic parameters and dimensions: 1. Single phase plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes are divided into two basic types: two pole ungrounded and two pole grounded. The form, basic parameters and dimensions of single-phase plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes should comply with the provisions of Figures 1 to 5 and Tables 1 to 5
3 Check the dimensions of single-phase plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes, using the special gauges and vernier calipers with a graduation value of 0.02 mm specified in Figures 6-18 and Tables 6-18. Measure the dimensions of the rounded part of the plug end with an appropriate measuring tool. The insertion force of the gauge should not exceed the maximum extraction force specified in GB 2099.1-2008. The roughness of these gauges is all ÷, and the hardness is between 58 HRC and 62 HRC. The geometric tolerances of parallelism, perpendicularity, and symmetry of the gauges are in accordance with the tolerance level H specified in GB/T 1184-1996. The appearance of the 4 plug is not specified, but the distance between the plug pin and the edge should not be less than 6.5 mm. The distance between the plug sleeve (excluding the grounding plug sleeve) in a single-phase socket and the mating surface should not be less than the safe distance. The special gauges specified in Figure 12, Table 12, Figure 16, and Table 16 should be used to inspect these dimensions. The type, parameters, and size of single-phase two pole grounding plug with a rated current of 16 A should be the same as that of single-phase two pole grounding plug with a rated current of 16 A, but it should be made into a non detachable plug. The position of the grounding plug is the protective door drive plate, which is black in color and does not connect wires. It is not labeled with a grounding symbol and is only used as a driving device to open the protective door when connected to the socket
