This part of the scope GB 14196 specifies the safety and interchangeability requirements for halogen tungsten lamps for general lighting. It includes halogen tungsten lamps that directly replace traditional tungsten filament lamps and new halogen tungsten lamps that are not specified in GB 14196.1-2008. The safety and interchangeability requirements for these halogen tungsten lamps specified in this part should be combined with the provisions of GB 14196.1-2008. These halogen tungsten lamps have the following characteristics: - Rated power below 250 w (including 25 w); - The rated voltage is between 50 V and 250 V (including 5o V.250 V)-- Lamp caps are: B15d, B22d, E12, E14, E17, E26, E26d, E25/50 × 39, E27 or E27/51 × 39. Lamps that meet the requirements of this section are self shielded, but do not need to be marked with special symbols. Due to their direct substitution for traditional tungsten filament lamps, there is no corresponding lamp marking. Note 1: This does not indicate that halogen tungsten lamps used to replace incandescent tungsten filament lamps use glass shells of the same shape as incandescent tungsten filament lamps. Note 2: There are two types of E26 that are not fully compatible: E26/24 for North America and E26/25 for Japan. Note 3: Self shielded lamps refer to lamps that do not require lamps to provide protective screens. The clauses in the following documents are referred to as clauses in this part of GB 14196 through normative references. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding corrected content) or revisions do not apply to this section. However, parties to agreements based on this section are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For undated references, the latest version applies to this section. Terms and definitions GB 14196.1-2008 and the following terms and definitions apply to this part. Specific effective ultraviolet radiation power The effective power of a UV power lamp relative to its luminous flux, expressed in m W/klm. For reflective lamps, the specific effective ultraviolet radiation power refers to the effective ultraviolet radiation irradiance relative to illuminance, in mW/(m ° · klx). Note: The effective power of ultraviolet radiation is calculated by weighting the spectral energy distribution of the lamp according to the UV hazard action function Svv (x). Please refer to GB/T 20145-2006 "Photobiosafety of Lamps and Lamp Systems" for information related to the UV hazard exposure function. This standard does not cover the effects of light radiation on materials, such as mechanical damage or fading P>
