This document establishes technical specifications for measuring the power supply characteristics of laboratories conducting electrical testing at the testing connection location. This document is applicable to the measurement of stability and total harmonic distortion (THD) of laboratory power supply voltage and frequency. The power stability requirements of this document apply to the testing of products connected to residential and commercial ordinary power supply branch circuits. This document applies to the power supply for the tested equipment, but not to the building power supply of the laboratory, such as the power supply for testing instruments, environmental test boxes, lighting, etc. This document does not apply to the DC power supply that supplies the tested DC electrical equipment. This document is not applicable to the testing of photovoltaic arrays. The photovoltaic array generates electricity by itself. If the auxiliary equipment used is connected to the branch circuit to which this document applies, this document is applicable to the testing of such photovoltaic array auxiliary equipment. This document is only applicable to testing the stability of the laboratory power supply. Not applicable to short-circuit current tests, abnormal tests, switch tests, and similar tests related to power supply capacity. This document is not applicable for electromagnetic compatibility testing. This document refers to the requirements for laboratory facilities and environmental conditions in Article 6.3.1 and 6.3.2 of GB/T 27025-2019 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories". 2 Normative References The content of the following documents constitutes an essential clause of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, for dated references, only the version corresponding to that date is applicable to this document; For undated references, the latest version (including all modification orders) applies to this document.
