This section is applicable to the following installed electrical measuring instruments with digital display for measuring electrical parameters: ammeters and voltmeters; Power meters and reactive power meters; - Phase meter and power factor meter; - Insulation resistance meter-- Frequency meter. And any combination of multi-functional instruments in the above form is also applicable to the digital display part of electrical measuring instruments with analog/digital dual displays.
