GB/T19749.1-2016 Coupling capacitors and capacitor voltage dividers Part 1: General DL/T 596 Preventive testing procedures for power equipment DL/T 962 General technical conditions for high-voltage dielectric loss testers 3 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Dielectric loss refers to the energy loss caused internally by the hysteresis effect of dielectric conductivity and polarization of insulating materials under the action of an electric field. 3.2 High voltage dielectric loss tester, abbreviated as dielectric loss tester, refers to an instrument that uses the principle of high-voltage capacitor bridge and digital measurement technology to automatically measure the dielectric loss factor and capacitance. 3.3 Measurement of ungrounded test objects is a method used to measure ungrounded test objects, where the dielectric loss meter measurement circuit is at ground potential during measurement. 3.4 Measurement of grounded test objects: A method used to measure grounded test objects, in which the measurement circuit of the dielectric loss meter is at a high potential during measurement. 3.5 Self excitation method measurement of capacitive voltage transformer is a method for measuring stacked capacitive voltage transformers without intermediate voltage output terminals.
