When the requirements of this specification are inconsistent with the relevant detailed specifications, the relevant detailed specifications shall prevail. The capacitors submitted in accordance with this specification should be products that have been identified as qualified. 3.2 Reliability and Quality 3.2.1 Overview: The reliability of capacitors supplied according to this specification should be established and maintained in accordance with the provisions of GJB 546 and the requirements and procedures of this specification. The quality assurance outline plan and other documents formulated shall be verified by the appraisal institution and shall serve as a prerequisite for qualification and maintenance of qualification, and shall use the quality level and symbols specified in Table 1
