This section is applicable to pipes for buried sewage discharge, drainage, and buried non pressure farmland irrigation in municipal engineering, public building outdoor, and residential areas, mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and extruded, as well as pipes for farmland irrigation with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.2 MPa.
