1 Scope: This specification specifies the general requirements, quality assurance regulations, and test methods for two series of environmentally resistant quick separation circular electrical connectors and accessories. This specification applies to two series of Ding Nai environmental fast separation circular electrical connectors (referred to as connectors) and accessories. Series I only includes connectors with welded contacts. Each series includes gas sealed sockets. When using power contacts, these two series can match each other; When using shielded contacts, they cannot be matched. When these two series are paired, they can only meet the minimum performance requirements of Series 1 connectors. 2. In case of any inconsistency between the requirements of this specification and the relevant detailed specifications, the relevant detailed specifications shall prevail. 3.2 The qualification appraisal quality assurance program shall be established and maintained in accordance with the provisions of GJB 546 and the requirements and procedures of this specification. The manufacturer should also establish a Statistical Process Control (SPC) system in accordance with the requirements of GJB 3014. The connectors and accessories submitted in accordance with this specification shall be qualified products (see 4.3.2 and 6.11)
