Additional requirements are required for special purpose capacitors. 1.2 Purpose: The purpose of this specification is to specify optimal ratings and characteristics for this type of capacitor, and to select the quality evaluation procedure, various testing and measurement methods, and provide general performance requirements applicable to this type of capacitor from GB/T 2693-2001 "Fixed Capacitors for Electronic Equipment - Part 1: General Specification".
