1.1 Scope This standard applies to fixed aluminum capacitors with solid (MnO) and non solid electrolyte chips, which are mainly used for direct installation on hybrid circuit substrates or printed circuit boards. The purpose of this standard is to specify priority ratings and characteristics for this type of capacitor, and to select applicable quality assessment procedures, testing and measurement methods from GB 2693, as well as to provide general performance requirements for this type of capacitor. The test severity and requirements specified in the detailed specifications referencing this sub specification should have the same or higher performance level, and no reduction in performance level is allowed. 1.3 Reference Standard GB/T 2471-95 Preferred Numbers and Series of Preferred Numbers for Resistors and Capacitors (idt IEC63:1977) GB 2693-90 Fixed Capacitors for Electronic Equipment - Part I: General Specification (idt IEC384-1; 1982) IEC62:1992 Marking Content and Methods for Resistors and Capacitors IEC68 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures IEC 410:1973 Sampling Plans and Procedures for Count Inspection QC 001001:1992 IEC Basic Regulations for Quality Assessment System of Electronic Components Revised 1QC 001002:1992 IEC Electronic Components - Quality Assessment System Program Rules Revised 1ISO 3; 1973 Priority Number - Priority Number System Note: Except for IEC 68, all other standards mentioned above shall be based on the current standards; TEC 68 should adopt the version referenced in the corresponding test clauses of the general specification. 1.4 The content that should be specified in the detailed specifications should be filled in according to the relevant blank detailed specifications. The requirements specified in the detailed specifications should not be lower than the general specifications, sub specifications, or blank detailed specifications. When stricter requirements are included, they should be included in detailed specification 1.9 and explained in the test schedule, such as adding an asterisk. Note: For convenience, the content specified in 1.4.1 can be expressed in table form. Each detailed specification should provide the following content, and the values used should be selected from the values given in the corresponding clauses of this sub specification
