1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection methods and requirements for lithium primary batteries and batteries to ensure the safety of batteries during transportation (rather than recycling or processing). The requirements specified in this standard do not apply to situations where there are provisions in Chinese regulations or relevant regulations (see 7.3) that can be exempted
