1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the appearance, size, physical properties, chemical properties, electrical properties, and environmental performance of copper clad foil materials used in flexible printed circuits. This standard applies to copper clad foil materials for flexible printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as flexible copper clad foil materials), as well as to adhesive coated films

3 Terms and Definitions

Resistance to Folding
The bending capacity of flexible copper clad foil materials before failure.
