1.1 Theme Content
This specification specifies the general requirements, quality assurance regulations, and test methods for single row and double row plug-in electronic component sockets. 1.2 Scope of Application
This specification applies to plug-in electronic component sockets for microelectronic components installed on backplanes or printed circuit boards (see 6.1).
In addition to single and double row sockets with SIP and DIP packaging types, this specification also applies to matrix plug-in electronic component sockets with PGA packaging type (see 3.1 of GBT 7092)
1.3 Classification
1.3.1 Outlet Type
Type I - solderless wound outlet (see Figure 1); Type - Printed circuit output terminal (see Figure 1). 1.3.2 Contact type
Type A - Two piece contact. The two-piece contact component has a bottom closed seamless outer jacket and an internal multi finger elastic contact
Type - The contact part formed by stamping, and the entire contact part is made based on the consistency of stamping. 1.3.3 Socket body appearance (suitable for dual row sockets)

Appearance 2- Open frame type
