The credibility of electricity metering has also been questioned due to its incompatibility with current social and technological development. It has seriously affected the social and corporate image of fair and just measurement. The relevant national standard GB7251.5-2008 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment - Part 5: Special requirements for power distribution equipment in public power grids" has not been revised or revised yet. Therefore, the State Grid Corporation of China has officially issued the standard "Technical Specification for Low Voltage Measurement Boxes" (Q/GDW11008-2013), The relevant power industry standards are also being drafted and compiled. In the new standard, the inspection and testing content of measuring boxes has been systematically and comprehensively standardized, which is an important technical guarantee measure for conducting type and quality inspections related to measuring boxes. Therefore, with the emergence of new standards and the need for quality supervision departments and enterprises to manage measurement boxes, building measurement box laboratories based on the new standards has become an important business for power testing institutions and related enterprises. There are many types, types, and testing items of measuring boxes, and their inspection is a complex and time-consuming system work. Without a thorough understanding of standards, a scientific plan, and a comprehensive technical solution, it is impossible to build such a complex and comprehensive laboratory that can operate scientifically. Even if it is built, it may still have inadequate capabilities. By analyzing the test items and equipment specified in the standard and optimizing the sequence of test items, designing a technical solution with reasonable structure, advanced technology, and sound capabilities, we can build a measurement box laboratory more quickly, efficiently, and economically; If an automated testing system can be established with the help of current power product assembly line testing methods, it can greatly improve testing efficiency and quality, and become a first-class laboratory.
