The scope of application is applicable to all LED lighting products for storage and shipment inspection. 3. Definition 3.2 Definition of Inspection Surface A: Directly visible areas such as glass surface, aluminum substrate, LED, and lens surface. Side B: The surface that is not within the direct view range but is exposed to the outside, such as the two sides of the lamp, heat sink, aluminum profile, shell, power supply, etc. Side C: The surface that cannot be seen during normal use. The surface that needs to be disassembled. 4. Inspection condition 4.1 Inspection light source: Ordinary fluorescent lamp source 500lux. 4.2 Inspection angle: As shown in Figure 1, the product is at a 30 ° angle to the horizontal line of sight, and the product is rotated ± 15 ° during inspection. 4.3 Appearance inspection distance: Not illuminated, 30cm ± 10cm away from the eyes, in a straight line with the eyes, and 100cm ± 10cm away from the eyes after being illuminated. 4.4 Appearance inspection time: 10s/each face. 4.5 Testing equipment: refer to the instruments in the testing project. 5. Reference standard 5.1 GB/T 2828.1-2003 Class II batch by batch inspection sampling plan indexed by acceptance quality limit (AQL). 5.2 AQL acceptance quality level: MIN=1.5 MAJ=0.65 CRI=0 (sampling plan mainly uses 0.65 sampling quantity). 5.3 When the sample size is less than or equal to 20PCS, conduct a full test. 5.4 Sampling principle: The sampling should be done from top, middle, and bottom, striving for uniformity/randomness per board. 6. Job Description 6.1 Finished Product Inspection 6.1.1 Production Operation Complete the packaging of the finished product, transfer it to the inspection waiting area, issue a 【 Inspection Form 】 to notify OQC for inspection. 6.1.2 Inspection principle: Production shall be inspected based on the production volume of 4H or orders completed within 4H. When the production line is sent for inspection, IPQC must sign and confirm on the "Inspection Form" to confirm whether all production processes have been completed. 6.2 OQC inspection 6.2.1 OQC sampling shall be carried out according to 5.1-5.4. 6.2.2 OQC verifies order requirements, engineering and technical testing requirements, inspection specifications, inspection operation instructions, drawings, and customer requirements for inspection. 6.2.3 The inspection items and judgment standards shall be executed according to the 7 inspection contents.
