This section is part 2-14 of GB7000. This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009. The translation method used in this section is equivalent to IEC60598-2-14:2009 "Luminaires - Part 2-14: Special requirements for lamps using cold cathode tube discharge lamps (neon lamps) and similar equipment". This part is under the jurisdiction of the Lighting Sub Technical Committee of the National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC224/SC2). Drafting units for this part: Shanghai Times Light Lighting Electrical Appliances Testing Co., Ltd., National Lamp Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), Hangzhou Hongyan Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., National Lamp Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Zhongshan), Dongguan Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in Guangdong Province, and Changzhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
