All technical content in this section is mandatory. GB4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances" consists of several parts, with Part 1 being general requirements and the other parts being special requirements. This section is part 53 of GB4706. This part should be used in conjunction with GB4706.1-2005 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements". This part is equivalent to IEC60335-2-84:2005 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Part 2: Special Requirements for Toilets" and Supplement 1. This section replaces GB4706.53-2002 "Special Requirements for the Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Toilets". The section that states "applicable" in this section indicates that the corresponding provisions in GB4706.1-2005 are applicable to this section; If this section specifies "replacement", the provisions in this section shall prevail; This section specifies the "added" section, indicating that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions in GB4706.1-2005, it must also comply with the added provisions in this section. Compared with GB4706.53-2002, the main changes in this section are as follows: -3.1.9 added: if warm air drying is provided, the drying cycle should be started immediately after the end of the spraying cycle, unless it is an automatic control program; -—— 7.12.1 Add: The installation instructions for appliances using exposed heating elements to heat water should indicate the following: ● The electrical resistance coefficient of water should not be less than Ω cm; The appliance must always be connected to the fixed wiring. The installation manual should indicate that there should be a sign indicating that lit cigarettes and other combustibles cannot be put into the toilet, and it is required to be fixed in a prominent position next to the toilet (excluding the water closet)—— 13.2 Add: For appliances that use exposed heating elements to heat water, use water with the specified resistance coefficient in the instruction manual for testing. For Class I appliances that use exposed heating elements to heat water, the leakage current is measured between the metal mesh 10mm away from the flushing component spray head and the grounding terminal. The selection switch for connecting the heating element takes turns measuring each pole, as shown in Figure 101. The leakage current should not exceed 0.25mA—— 16.2 Add: For appliances that use exposed heating elements to heat water, water with the specified resistance coefficient in the instruction manual should be used for testing. This section is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Household Appliances Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC46). The main drafting units of this section are China Home Appliance Research Institute and National Home Appliance Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The main drafters of this section are Lu Jianguo, Zhu Yan, Zhao Weibo, and Sun Peng. This section was first released in August 2002, and this is the first revision
