This part should be used in conjunction with GB4706.1-2005 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements". This section is formed by adding or modifying GB4706.1-2005. If the specific clauses in GB4706.1 are not mentioned in this section, it means that the corresponding clauses in GB4706.1 are applicable to this section.
