All technical content in this section is mandatory. GB4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances" consists of several parts, with Part 1 being general requirements and the other parts being special requirements. This section is the 25th part of GB4706. This part should be used in conjunction with GB4706.1-2005 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements". The section that states "applicable" in this section indicates that the corresponding provisions in GB4706.1-2005 are applicable to this section; If this section specifies "replacement", the provisions in this section shall prevail; This section specifies the "added" section, indicating that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions in GB4706.1-2005, it must also comply with the added provisions in this section. This part is equivalent to IEC60335-2-5:2005 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 2-5: Special requirements for dishwashers". This section replaces GB4706.25-2002 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Special Requirements for Dishwashers". For ease of use, the following editorial modifications have been made to IEC60335-2-5: the word "Part 1" has been changed to "GB4706.1-2005". Compared with GB4706.25-2002, the main changes in this section are as follows: - Chapter 5 adds: the 15.101 test is conducted before the 15.3 test; -—— 7.12 Addition: Relevant explanations need to be added to the instruction manual; -—— 19.101 Add: Mechanical failure or blockage of the water level switch. Appendix AA and Appendix BB in this section are normative appendices. This section is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation.
