Other parts are under consideration. This section is the first part of GB19212. This section is used in conjunction with other parts of GB19212. This part is equivalent to IEC61558-1:2005 "Safety of Power Transformers, Power Supplies, Reactors and Similar Products - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests" (English version). This section is drafted using translation method according to IEC61558-1:2005. For ease of use, the following editorial modifications have been made to this section: a) This international standard has been changed to this section, and this standard has been changed to this section; b) The relevant part 2 or related part 2 of this standard is changed to other parts of GB19212 or other relevant parts of GB19212; c) Replace the comma as the decimal point with a decimal point,; d) Delete the preface of IEC61558-1:2005; e) Omit the defined term index in IEC61558-1:2005; f) For other international standards referenced in IEC61558-1:2005, if the latest version is equivalent or modified to be adopted as a Chinese standard, these national standards of China are cited in this section to replace the corresponding international standards. The other international standards are directly referenced in this section (see Chapter 2 of this section); g) In Chapter 2 of this section, GB1002-1996 "Types, Basic Parameters, and Dimensions of Single-phase Plugs and Sockets for Household and Similar Purposes" is used instead of IEC60083:2004 "IEC Publication III 犌犅19212.1-2008/犐犈犆61558-1:2005 Standardized Household and Similar General Purpose Plugs and Sockets in Member States" in Chapter 2 of the normative reference document. This IEC publication is not a standard, but an IEC3 technical report, Provide only general information on household and similar general purpose plugs and sockets standardized by IEC member countries, including diagrams and tables; The basic information of GB1002-1996 in China, including figures and tables, is also listed in IEC60083:2004. This section replaces GB19212.1-2003 "Safety of Power Transformers, Power Supply Units, and Similar Products - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests". The main technical changes in this section compared to GB19212.1-2003 are as follows: a) The writing format has been modified according to the provisions of GB/T1.1-2000 "Guidelines for Standardization Work - Part 1: Structure and Writing Rules of Standards"; b) The standard name is changed to "Safety of Power Transformers, Power Supplies, Reactors, and Similar Products - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests"; c) Chapter 1 added a note explaining the differences between transformers, power supplies, and switch mode power supplies, and added transformers with the 狋 w symbol to the scope of application; d) Chapter 3 revised the safety isolation transformer, supporting transformer, built-in transformer, specialized transformer, independent transformer, non inherent short-circuit resistant transformer, inherent short-circuit resistant transformer, non short-circuit resistant transformer, non hazardous transformer, mobile transformer, fixed transformer, dry transformer, connecting lead, rated output current, rated output voltage, rated output, ultra-low voltage, safe ultra-low voltage Definition of terms such as live parts and hazardous live parts; Added non inherent short-circuit resistant transformers with resettable, self resetting, or replaceable protective devices, non inherent short-circuit resistant transformers with non self resetting or non replaceable protective devices, power supplies, switch type power supplies, reactors, intermediate conductive components, conductive components, electrical isolation, intentionally weak components, working methods, short-term working cycles, intermittent working cycles, protective grounding conductors, internal circuits, insulated winding wires Terms and definitions such as rated power frequency, internal working frequency, rated minimum ambient temperature, 狋 w, functional insulation, contact current, protective grounding conductor current, etc; e) Chapter 7 has added classification based on the rated maximum operating temperature of the winding 狋 w and the corresponding evaluation of expected life under specified conditions, as well as classification based on the environmental conditions of the intended place of use; f) Chapter 8 has added the specified value of the rated maximum working temperature of the winding (in increments of 5 ℃), as well as the sign of the rated expected life, the sign of wind cooling, the graphic symbol for indoor use only, and relevant information when special attention needs to be paid to installation or use; g) Chapter 9 added the measurement of discharge voltage 1 second after unplugging the plug; h) Chapter 15 added overload tests for transformers protected by intentionally weak components; i) The title of Chapter 18 has been changed to Insulation Resistance, Dielectric Strength, and Leakage Current, and the limits and measurements of contact current and protective grounding conductor current have been added; j) Chapter 22 added the requirements for the power cord of transformers greater than IPX0; k) Chapter 26 revised the requirements for insulation distance through; l) Figure 8 test circuit has been added to the main text: single-phase equipment on star connected TN or TT systems; m) Added the application description of 4.1.1.2.1 in Appendix RGB/T16935.1-1997, and Appendix U can be optionally marked with 狋 w transformer.
