As of the date of publication of this part, The published GB7000 series standards are as follows: GB7000.1-2007 Luminaires Part 1: General Requirements and Tests - GB7000.2-2008 Luminaires Part 2-22: Special Requirements Emergency Lighting Luminaires - GB7000.3-1996 Portable Luminaires for Courtyards - GB7000.4-1996 Luminaires Part 2-10: Special Requirements Portable Luminaires for Children - GB7000.5-2005 Safety Requirements for Road and Street Lighting Luminaires - GB7000.6-2008 Luminaires Part 2-6: Special Requirements Special requirements for lamps with built-in transformers or converters for tungsten filament lamps - GB7000.7-2005 Safety requirements for projection lamps - GB7000.8-1997 Safety requirements for lamps used in swimming pools and similar places - GB7000.9-2008 Luminaires - Part 2-20: Special requirements - Lamp strings - GB7000.10-1999 Safety requirements for fixed universal lamps - GB7000.11-1999 Safety requirements for movable universal lamps - GB7000.12-1999 Safety requirements for embedded lamps - GB7000.13-1999 Portable lamps Safety Requirements for Lighting - GB7000.14-2000 Safety Requirements for Ventilated Luminaires - GB7000.15-2000 Stage Lighting, Television Safety Requirements for Luminaires Used in Film and Photography Places (Indoor and Outdoor) - GB7000.16-2000 Safety Requirements for Luminaires Used in Hospitals and Rehabilitation Buildings - GB7000.17-2003 Safety Requirements for Surface Temperature Luminaires - GB7000.18-2003 Safety Requirements for Ultra Low Voltage Lighting Systems Used in Tungsten Filament Lamps - GB7000.19-2005 Safety Requirements for Luminaires Used in Photography and Cinema (Non Professional Use) - This part is the second part of the GB7000 series of standards. This part is equivalent to IEC60598-2-22:2002 "Luminaires - Part 2-22: Special Requirements for Emergency Lighting" and Amendment No. 1 of 2002. This section has made the following editorial modifications to the original text: - Replace the decimal point used in the original text with a decimal point--- The reference standard IEC61046 in the original text has been replaced by IEC61347-2-2. This section lists the corresponding national standard GB19510.3 of IEC61347-2-2 as the reference standard--- The reference standard IEC60928 in the original text has been replaced by IEC61347-2-3. This section lists the corresponding national standard GB19510.4 of IEC61347-2-3 as the reference standard--- The reference standard IEC 60924 in the original text has been replaced by IEC 61347-2-4, IEC 61347-2-5, IEC 61347-2-6, and IEC61347-2-7. This part includes the national standards GB19510.5 and GB19510.8 corresponding to the IEC standards related to emergency lighting fixtures in the reference standards--- Due to the fact that the first part of IEC60742 in the original text has been replaced by IEC61558-1, the national standard equivalent to IEC61558-1 is GB19212.1. The reference standard IEC60742 in the original text has been changed to GB19212.1, and the relevant requirements in clauses 4.12 and 4.13 of IEC60742 in subclause 19.2 have been changed to comply with the relevant requirements in 5.12 and 5.13 of GB19212.1--- Add the missing first paragraph in Chapter 10 to apply Chapter 5 of GB7000.1 and the provisions of 10.1 below. This section replaces GB7000.2-1996 "Safety Requirements for Emergency Lighting Fixtures". The main technical differences between this version of the standard and GB7000.2-1996 "Safety Requirements for Emergency Lighting Fixtures" are as follows: - Regarding reference documents, relevant clauses have been added, namely normative reference documents (1.1), with a total of 14 reference standards--- Regarding definitions, three definitions have been added: maximum overcharging rate (3.19), remote suppression device (3.20), and remote suppression mode (3.21)--- Regarding the classification of lighting fixtures, in addition to GB7000.1, Appendix B of this part should also be followed--- Regarding the marking a) 5.5, as the relevant requirements are already specified in GB7000.1, the requirements of the previous version 5.5 have been removed from this version, so the content of this version 5.5 has been updated. b) 5.6. In the previous version, the emergency working time marking regulations were stipulated in 5.2 of this version, so the content of 5.6 in this version has been updated. c) This version has added 5.15, 5.16, and 5.18, which cover regulations on the accuracy of optical parameter expression of lamps, instructions on preparation before using lamps, and warnings for connecting plugs and sockets to lamps--- Regarding the structure a), the previous version's 6.5 provision regarding the number of light sources for tungsten filament emergency lighting fixtures has been deleted. b) Delete 6.12 from the previous version, which is stipulated in Chapter 20 of this version and involves testing devices and switch types that simulate normal power supply faults. c) This version adds 6.5 and 6.15, which cover the isolation requirements between the normal power supply line and the live parts of the charging line of self contained emergency lighting fixtures, as well as the regulation that self contained lighting fixtures with remote control suppression devices should not be affected by short circuits or contact grounding of the remote control device wiring during emergency mode operation. d) Compared with the previous version, there have been changes in the requirements of 6.8, 6.18, and 6.19 in this version. 6.8 of this version stipulates the use of Appendix A to inspect batteries; The limit value of the current consumed by the lamp battery in resting mode has been increased according to 6.18 of this version; In this version of 6.19 tungsten filament lamp emergency lighting, the timing for measuring bulb voltage has been changed from the original 20% rated emergency mode working time to 30% rated emergency mode working time--- Regarding external and internal wiring, 10.1 has been added, stipulating that in addition to additional protection or warnings, electrical connections of lighting fixtures should have measures to prevent disconnection--- Regarding the hot wire test, the test object specified in Chapter 15 of this version of the standard is expanded to the shell of emergency lighting fixtures, and the temperature of the hot wire is increased to 850 ℃ during the test--- Regarding safety functions, based on the photometric performance of the previous version, this version proposes a qualified judgment method for light output ratio and light intensity distribution of lamps (16.3), which specifies the color rendering index (16.4) of the light source inside emergency evacuation lighting fixtures and the illuminance and brightness of emergency safety signals in emergency mode--- Added Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, and Appendix D, respectively, covering batteries for emergency lighting fixtures, classification and expression of lighting fixtures, brightness measurement and rest mode and suppression mode devices. This part should be used in conjunction with GB7000.1 "Luminaires - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests". Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C of this section are normative appendices, while Appendix D is informative. This section is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the Lighting Standardization Subcommittee of the National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC224).
