According to the newly revised national standard "Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building Structures", the content of considering the design service life when using different safety levels is added; 2. Added the calculation formula for the stability of uniaxial symmetric open section compression bending members with bending moments acting on an asymmetric plane; 4.
