GB 17799.1-2017 General Standard for Electromagnetic Compatibility - Immunity in Residential, Commer

The electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity requirements specified in this part of the scope GB/T 17799 apply to electrical and electronic equipment used in residential, commercial, and light industrial environments, covering the immunity requirements in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz. Frequency bands that are not specified in this section do not require measurement. If there is no relevant specialized product or product class EMC immunity standard, this section of the general EMC immunity standard applies. This section applies to equipment directly connected to the low-voltage public power grid or dedicated DC power sources powered by the low-voltage public power grid. This section also applies to equipment that will be powered by batteries or powered by non public and non industrial low-voltage distribution systems in the following locations. This section covers the indoor and outdoor environments of residential commercial and light industrial venues. The following is a list of descriptions of some places and environments, including (but not limited to): - Residential areas, such as residential buildings, apartments, etc—— Retail outlets, such as shops, supermarkets, etc.; commercial buildings, such as offices, banks, etc—— Public entertainment areas, such as cinemas, public bars, dance halls, etc.; - Outdoor places, such as gas stations, parking lots, amusement parks, and sports centers; - Light industrial places, such as workshops, laboratories, maintenance centers, etc. Any place where low-voltage power supply is directly obtained through the public power grid belongs to residential, commercial, and light industrial environments. The purpose of this section is to specify the immunity test requirements for continuous and transient conducted and radiated disturbances, including electrostatic discharge, for equipment within the scope of application. This section specifies anti-interference requirements to ensure that equipment working in residential, commercial, and light industrial environments has sufficient anti-interference levels. But these immunity levels do not include some extreme situations that may occur with extremely low probability in any location. The suggested tests in this section do not include all disturbance phenomena, but only consider disturbance phenomena related to the equipment involved in this section. These test requirements represent the basic EMC immunity requirements. Note 1: Information on other disturbance phenomena can be found in IEC 61000-4-1 [1]. This section specifies test requirements for each port considered. Note 2: Safety considerations are not within the scope of this section. Note 3: In special circumstances, there may be situations where the disturbance level exceeds the test level specified in this section. For example, using a handheld transmitter near the device. In these situations, specialized mitigation measures are needed

Function of testing report:

1. Project bidding: Issue authoritative third-party CMA/CNAS qualification report

2. Online e-commerce platform entry: Quality inspection report recognized by major e-commerce platforms

3. Used as a sales report: issuing legally effective testing reports to make consumers more confident

4. Papers and research: Provide professional personalized testing needs

5. Judicial services: providing scientific, fair, and accurate testing data

6. Industrial problem diagnosis: Verify the troubleshooting and correction of industrial production problems

Baijian and testing process:

1. Telephone communication and confirmation of requirements

2. Recommend solutions and confirm quotations

3. Mail samples and arrange testing

4. Progress tracking and result feedback

5. Provide reports and after-sales service

6. If urgent or priority processing is required

Testing and testing characteristics:

1. The testing industry is fully covered, meeting different testing needs

2. Fully cover the laboratory and allocate localized testing nearby

3. Engineers provide one-on-one services to make testing more accurate

4. Free initial testing, with no testing fees charged

5. Self service order delivery for free on-site sampling

6. Short cycle, low cost, and attentive service

7. Possess authoritative qualifications such as CMA, CNAS, CAL, etc

8. The testing report is authoritative and effective, and is generally used in China
