This standard specifies the energy efficiency limit values, energy-saving evaluation values, determination methods, test methods, and inspection rules for room air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as air conditioners). This standard applies to air conditioners that use air-cooled condensers, fully enclosed electric motors compressors, with a cooling capacity of 14000 w or less, and a climate type of T. This standard is not applicable to mobile, speed controlled, and multi connected air conditioning units
