1 Scope: This standard applies to radio frequency disturbances emitted (radiated and conducted) by the following equipment: - All lighting equipment used for lighting that has the basic function of generating and/or distributing light and is intended to be connected to low-voltage power sources or operated on batteries; - One of the main functions is the lighting part of the multifunctional equipment for lighting- Independent auxiliary equipment dedicated to lighting equipment- UV and infrared radiation equipment; -- Neon advertising signs-- Road or floodlights intended for outdoor use; - Transportation lighting fixtures (installed on cars and trains). What does not apply to this standard are: - lighting equipment operating in the industrial, scientific, and medical frequency bands (as defined in ITU Radio Regulations Resolution 63 (1979)); - Lighting equipment for aircraft and airports: - Electromagnetic compatibility requirements within the RF range are clearly stated in other IEC or CISPR standards. Note: Examples include lighting devices installed in other devices, such as dial lighting devices or neon devices: 2 photocopiers, 3 slide projectors; 4》 Lighting equipment for road motor vehicles. The frequency range covered is 9 kHz to 400 GHz. For multifunctional devices that are applicable to different clauses of this standard and/or other standards, the relevant functions should meet the provisions of each clause or standard when working. The limits in this standard are determined on a probability basis, ensuring that disturbance suppression is within economically reasonable limits while also achieving sufficient levels of radio protection and electromagnetic compatibility.
