Test steps

1) Short circuit the high-voltage winding (A, B, C, N) and the low-voltage winding (a, b, c). Use red and green lines to lead to the nylon rope below 2) Connect the grounding wire reliably, measure the insulation resistance on the high-voltage side, and ground the low-voltage bushing lead (green wire)

3) The microampere meter is installed on the top of the pressure doubling cylinder 4) Grounding wire, grounding wire, voltage doubling cylinder grounding terminal grounding wire, and grounding terminal of high-power chassis 5) High voltage electrical testing cables are used to connect the voltage doubling cylinder and high-power chassis Insert one end of the high-voltage output shielding wire into the connection hole on the upper end of the microampere meter, and connect the other end reliably to the lead (red wire) of the high-voltage bushing 7) Connect the power supply

8) Startup operation: Set the overvoltage to 1.15-1.2 times the applied voltage. If the applied voltage is 40kV, the overvoltage setting is 48kV. Record the current at 10, 20, 30, and 40kV
