Scope
This section specifies the terms, definitions, model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of nickel metal hydride batteries and their chargers for electric bicycles This part is applicable to the metal hydride nickel battery pack (hereinafter referred to as "battery pack or battery") and the charger used for electric bicycles as specified in GB 17761 "General Technical Conditions for Electric Bicycles"
